Responsibilities

• Lead the Memphis Lab Operations team with guidance, training, and performance management.
• Identify process improvements to boost productivity and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, standards, and guidelines.
• Develop relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and customers.
• Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance and updates.
• Maintain knowledge of products, services, and systems to assist team and customers.
