Job summary

Nutrien is seeking a Laboratory Operations Supervisor in Memphis, TN to oversee the Lab Operations department and ensure exceptional service delivery. The role focuses on efficient execution of operations, continuous improvement, and collaboration with other departments to enhance the customer experience.

The candidate will lead the Memphis Lab Operations team, drive productivity, maintain safety standards, and ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of laboratory management experience, with 3+ years in a supervisory role.
• 5-7 years of laboratory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the Memphis Lab Operations team, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to optimize productivity and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and guidelines.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and customers.
• Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance, share updates, and foster a collaborative team environment.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and systems to effectively assist the team and customers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and customer service standards.
