What You'll Do:

The Laboratory Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the operations of the Lab Operations department in the Memphis TN laboratory to ensure exceptional service delivery to clients. This role will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective execution of all operational activities, while striving for continuous improvement and excellence. The Laboratory Supervisopr will also work closely with other departments and management to streamline processes and enhance the overall customer experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead the Memphis Lab Operations team, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to optimize productivity and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and guidelines.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and customers.
• Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance, share updates, and foster a collaborative team environment.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and systems to effectively assist the team and customers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and customer service standards.
• Model our core value of safety by leading and enabling a culture in which you and your team are actively contributing to a safe work environment.
• Other duties as required.

What You'll Bring:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in laboratory management or a related field, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• 5-7 years of laboratory experience preferred.
