Chippenham Hospital is seeking a Technical Laboratory Coordinator to supervise department testing, ensure quality control, and maintain accreditation. You will mentor staff, monitor competency, and uphold laboratory policies, while coordinating training and performance evaluations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology or related science, and registry eligibility with MT/MLS within 18 months of hire. Excellent leadership and communication are essential.

• Registry eligible; MT or MLS within 18 months of hire date; continuing education required.

Responsabilidades

• Reviews work of others in the department and resolves technical problems.
• Maintains accreditation with JCAHO, CAP, state, FDA and ensures compliance.
• Leads by example and develops standards of performance and accountability.
• Evaluates testing results and correlates with diagnoses, ensuring accuracy.
