The role partners with the Senior Laboratory Operations Manager to optimize processes, monitor KPIs, and ensure customer-focused service across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; leadership training preferred.
• Proven ability to recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing lab team.
• Experience with quality systems, regulatory requirements, and safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and development of laboratory staff.
• Coach employees, set performance expectations, and drive engagement.
• Manage staffing, workload, and resources to meet commitments.
• Monitor KPIs, ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Senior Manager to implement strategic initiatives.
