Job summary

Natera's Oncology RUO team seeks a Supervisor for the Signatera Plasma Team. You will oversee staff executing cfDNA extraction, library preparation, and NGS workflows to advance MRD assays. You’ll also manage SOPs, ensure PHI/privacy, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced clinical pipeline.

Ideal candidates have a BS/BA in a biological science and 3–4 years’ lab leadership experience, with familiarity in LIMS and laboratory automation platforms.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in biological sciences or equivalent.
• Experience with cfDNA or MRD assays is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily scheduling of lab staff performing DNA extractions, library prep, QC, and NGS workflows.
• Provide data-backed performance evaluations and guide career development.
• Direct hands-on sample processing to maintain throughput.
• Serve as primary technical contact to guide data interpretation and troubleshooting.
• Draft and review SOPs and work instructions.
