Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Lab Coordinator to manage logistics and flow coordination for the Enterprise Test Capabilities (ETC) lab. You will organize and optimize lab operations, plan resources, and document activities to support maximum throughput across test domains.

Responsibilities include equipment movement, parts onboarding, stock management, and coordinating with test engineers. Includes overtime and weekend work as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift 20+ pounds regularly and repeatedly.
• Able to climb, bend, kneel, crawl, and stoop frequently.
• Willing to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Strong computer skills with MS Office suite.
• Excellent inventory management and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail with commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, track, and move equipment to ensure efficient lab operations.
• Coordinate movement of parts through onboarding, stocking, and purchasing processes.
• Coordinate off-site processing to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain clean and accurate MEP data records.
• Assist with inventory accuracy and resupply planning for testing.
