Qualifications

• BS in physical or life science field is required.
• ASCP or equivalent certification is required.
• 2+ years' laboratory experience.

Responsibilities

• Assesses workload, prioritizes work, and coordinates staff scheduling.
• Ensures maintenance of laboratory services and quality per standards and policies.
• Oversees daily operations to ensure high-quality services and cost efficiency.
• Develops QA monitors and implements processes to maintain quality.
• Trains staff and students in routine and specialized laboratory techniques.
