Qualifications

• 3+ years’ lab experience with a bachelor’s degree or 9+ years’ experience without a degree.

• Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Proficiency with Excel and Word; strong writing and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and handle special client requests and sample login processes.
• Oversee sample login and client notifications, including proofing activities.
• Ensure regulatory compliance by managing reporting requirements and agency workflows.
• Generate lab analysis reports and upload data to regulatory agencies.
• Support other department/facility functions as needed.
