Job summary

Bio-Techne seeks a detail-oriented Clinical Laboratory Support role to join the Clinical Laboratory operations in the United States. The position involves accessioning, batching, and preparing final reviewed reports for billing while maintaining compliance with CAP, CLIA, NYS, and GCP regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; associate's or bachelor's preferred.
• Experience in patient intake, clinical customer service, or a laboratory setting is preferred.
• Experience in a regulated clinical environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with CAP, CLIA, NYS, and GCP regulations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accessioning and batching clinical samples and preparing reports for clients.
• Manage electronic equipment scheduling, records, and calibration/maintenance tasks.
• Monitor reagent and consumable inventory; perform periodic audits.
• Coordinate patient consent processes and assist with billing-related reports.
