Job summary

RiseMe is seeking a Lab Manager for the Greenville, TX on-site facility. The role oversees SIL integration activities, coordinates software loads, and ensures timely delivery of lab systems for testing and delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience; Graduate Degree with 2+ years or 8 years experience in lieu of degree
• Ability to obtain TS/SCI
• Ability to identify and solve defects and mitigate risk
• Able to multi-task on multiple system projects
• Test and troubleshoot Windows, Linux, and Unix
• Programming experience: Linux shell scripting, PHP, Perl, Java, HTML
• Knowledge with LAN configurations
• Knowledge with mission support systems or ISR platforms
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong technical writing
• Willing to work flexible hours including off-shifts/weekends
• Physical requirement: Some lifting
• Ability to communicate requirements to developers
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities

Responsibilities

• Prepare and recover mission system software loads for SIL integration and testing.
• Interface with supervisor, customer, and project teams to determine SIL support requirements and schedules.
• Start up JAMMS Ground System SIL equipment and load software; reconfigure systems as needed.
• Monitor delivery schedules and test activity; provide technical support and troubleshooting.
• Assist in planning SIL upgrades to new wiring and configurations.
• Work with management to meet schedules and budgets.
• Provide regular status updates to management and customers.
