Job summary

ModernaTX, Inc. seeks an experienced professional to support the delivery and administration of laboratory systems, including configuration, deployment, and the creation of requisite procedures.

You will author and execute validation documentation, develop Scitara DLX integration workflows, and collaborate with lab users and IT to ensure data integrity, traceability, and regulatory compliance. This role emphasizes problem solving, system uptime, and documentation governance across Scitara, LIMS,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science or related field.
• 10+ years of experience implementing and maintaining laboratory informatics in GxP environments.
• Strong coding/scripting in JavaScript, Python, PowerShell, and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain LIMS and related systems ensuring data integrity.
• Design and deploy Scitara DLX workflows to automate data exchange.
• Develop Scitara pipelines to standardize instrument data and enable automated reporting.
• Conduct root-cause analysis for interface and workflow issues with Scitara and LIMS.
• Document validation activities in URS, FRS, IQ/OQ/PQ and CSV alignment.
• Provide technical support and training to end users on lab informatics workflows.
