Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in a technical/ scientific or logistics field or 3+ years in lab ops/logistics.
• Familiarity with lab safety protocols and hazardous materials handling.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and records management.

Responsibilities

• Support lab purchasing: quotes, procurement docs, requisitions, and deliveries.
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine cleaning on equipment.
• Log equipment status and calibration schedules, ensure compliance.
• Conduct safety inspections and maintain documentation per Air Force rules.
• Orient new users on safety and equipment operation; assist with installations.
• Handle hazardous/non-hazardous shipments per procedures and regs.
• Build positive relationships with researchers, facilities, and procurement teams.
