Qualifications

• Demonstrated lab management experience with oversight responsibilities.
• Expert soldering and rework skills, including BGA rework/reballing.

• Ability to set up and maintain test benches and perform basic bring-up testing.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proven track record of reliability and ownership in similar roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day lab operations, equipment, inventory, and workspace.
• Establish lab organization standards and procedures; track components and tools.
• Maintain calibration, maintenance, and safety in the lab; ensure cleanliness.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to prioritize lab tasks and support timelines.
• Perform precision soldering and BGA rework/reballing as needed.
• Set up test benches, run basic functional checks, capture results, and document processes.
