Job summary

Reliable MicroSystems, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Electrical Lab Technician to join our growing team. The role supports research and development alongside the engineering team and reports to the engineering or program manager.

Responsibilities include maintaining lab equipment and data collection, while ensuring safety, organization and inventory control. Prior soldering, bench testing and PCB design experience is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Must have US citizenship or work authorization.
  • Electrical Engineering Tech Degree or High School Diploma with relevant experience.
  • Experience in soldering, bench testing, SMT and PCB design preferred.
  • Experience in electronics repair.
  • Familiarity with laser safety protocols.
  • Ability to explain problems clearly and follow verbal and written instructions.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain lab equipment and workspaces.
  • Collect, record and analyze data.
  • Comply with safety protocols and standards.
  • Manage inventory of lab supplies.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Support engineering team and respond to supervisor requests.
