You will drive timely microbiology testing, own the lab budget, build and coach a team of supervisors, and serve as the primary point of contact for clients and results. A strong communicator with regulatory insight will thrive in this leadership position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in scientific field; master's preferred.
• 5+ years leading frontline supervisors with hourly workforce.
• Background in lab testing or regulated manufacturing preferred.
• Strong communication, ability to interpret technical/regulatory material and present to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Drive consistent, high-quality turnaround across micro testing operations.
• Own the site's financial performance, managing budget, labor, and vendor spend.
• Build and coach a team of supervisors, owning hiring, training, and performance.
• Serve as the main point of contact for client-facing communication and results.
