Job summary

Solutions³ LLC seeks a Lab Manager III to lead onsite incident response activities for civilian government clients. The role involves investigating breaches, developing mitigation plans, and restoring services in controlled lab environments.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in network administration, active Secret clearance with TS/SCI potential, and hands-on experience with VPNs, VDI, and security hardening. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Security clearance: active Secret with ability to obtain TS/SCI, DoD 8140.01 IAT Level II.
• Minimum 5+ years in network administration and related roles.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement infrastructure solutions to support mission execution.
• Develop SOPs and policies for lab environments and new tech.
• Assess network topology, identify vulnerabilities, and apply security best practices.
• Support VPNs, VDI (Citrix, VMware), MacOS and iOS platforms for users.
• Troubleshoot a broad range of network issues from simple to complex.
• Configure routers, switches, firewalls; perform IP audits and updates.
• Ensure network performance, enforce standards, and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Harden devices and infrastructure for enhanced security.
