Solutions³ LLC is seeking an Incident Manager II to perform investigations, characterize breach severity, develop mitigation plans, and assist with service restoration for government customers. The role focuses on incident response within a cyber defense context and requires handling multiple incident streams across teams.

The position demands a TS/SCI clearance eligibility and 2+ years of relevant cyber incident management experience, with US citizenship and ability to obtain DHS Suitability

Qualifications

• Experience investigating and characterizing breach severity and developing mitigation plans.
• Knowledge of incident response methodologies and how to prioritize triage.
• Familiarity with log analysis and network alert research.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams during incidents.
• Understanding of various threat actor tactics and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Research and compile known resolution steps to mitigate incidents.
• Apply knowledge of attacker TTPs to identify threats and validate incidents.
• Apply cybersecurity concepts to detect intrusions across IT networks.
• Analyze log data and correlate security events during incidents.
• Monitor external data sources to stay current on CND threat conditions.
• Identify incident causes and learn infection vectors from external entities.
• Receive and analyze network alerts to determine causes.
• Document CND incidents from detection to resolution.
• Coordinate with other components for ongoing incident information.
• Provide support during assigned shifts.
