• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel; familiarity with lab software.

Responsibilities

• Manages daily laboratory operations, personnel, and workload distribution.
• Oversees testing, data interpretation, and report preparation.
• Ensures testing meets standards (ASTM, QA/QC) and quality requirements.
• Maintains and calibrates equipment; manages calibration records.
• Leads recruiting and staffing in coordination with leadership.
