ECS Limited is seeking a certified Lab Manager to lead the construction materials testing laboratory in Waukesha. You will manage daily operations, oversee testing, data interpretation, and report preparation to ensure department goals are met.

Responsibilities include ensuring ASTM and QA/QC standards, calibrating equipment, maintaining certification, overseeing staff, and coordinating with project managers. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering preferred.
• 4 years of related experience.
• Basic certifications per ECS Technician Certification Policy; higher certs for soils and concrete labs.

Responsabilidades

• Manages daily laboratory operations, personnel, and workload distribution.
• Oversees laboratory testing, data interpretation, and report preparation.
• Ensures testing meets ASTM and QA/QC standards.
• Maintains and calibrates laboratory equipment; manages calibration records.
• Promotes safety culture and ensures PPE usage.
• Leads recruiting and staffing with leadership; supports Project Managers and administrative functions.
