Job summary

Raytheon's Systems Integration & Test Environment center in McKinney, TX, is seeking a Senior Analyst Support/ Lab Lead to manage environmental test projects and lab administration. You will ensure safety, security, and compliance while collaborating with engineers, technicians, and leadership.

You will lead lab procedures, oversee EH&S programs, property and metrology, budgeting, and audits, and drive continuous improvement. Travel locally and occasionally outside the area may be required.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience with minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Experience with engineers, technicians and leadership in an engineering lab environment
• Mechanical and/or electrical/electronic skills

Responsibilities

• Manage Lab Operating Procedures and policy direction
• Coordinate EHS and Sustainment programs
• Oversee Property & Metrology management
• Conduct cost analyses and budget adherence
• Provide process support to Supply Chain Management
• Lead audits and assessments
• Protect classified/materials per export regulations
• Develop and implement communication plans
