Job summary

Raytheon, a leading aerospace and defense company, seeks an Integration & Test Environmental Qualification Lead in Tucson, AZ. You will plan, execute, and document environmental qualification campaigns to prove compliance with system and component requirements, including SMC-S-016 and MIL-STD-810.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering; minimum 8 years of technical/engineering experience.
• Experience with environmental qualification requirements (e.g., MIL-STD-810) and related standards.
• Experience leading environmental test activities and coordinating cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental qualification test activities (vibration, shock, temperature, humidity, altitude, E3).
• Develop test plans, procedures, and reports per requirements.
• Interface with engineering, test labs, systems engineering, and program management for qualification tests.
• Review requirements and ensure test coverage across product lifecycle.
• Generate test configurations and instrumentation plans; ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Lead Test Readiness Reviews and manage anomalies with root-cause analysis.
