Job summary

Raytheon Technologies in Plano, TX is seeking a Senior Lab Hardware Coordinator to support hardware integration and testing in a fast-paced engineering lab. The role ensures readiness and government-property compliance for STE and GFE across programs, with close collaboration to multidisciplinary engineering teams.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and hands-on, with experience in lab asset management, calibration coordination, and troubleshooting to enable successful test activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of prior experience supporting hardware setup, integration, and tests in an engineering lab.
• Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date; U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage STE and GFE in accordance with program and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with government property management standards, including documentation, handling and audits.
• Maintain inventory tracking systems with asset status, location, and calibration records.
• Coordinate hardware setup and configuration to support lab integration, test, and engineering activities.
• Troubleshoot hardware issues and ensure equipment readiness with engineering teams.
• Coordinate calibration, maintenance, and repair activities for lab equipment.
• Prepare equipment for test events and ensure teardown and storage.”
• Improve lab processes and efficiency of hardware utilization.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure timely availability of equipment for programs.
