Job summary

WuXi AppTec Group is seeking a detail-oriented team member to support kit production, label production, and sample receiving in our logistics center.

You will perform shipping, receiving, storage, labeling, and documentation for samples and supplies, following lab manuals and safety rules. A High School Diploma is required; you must be able to work with supervision after training and demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills, with proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform without supervision after training.
• Ability to follow instructions to perform required procedures.
• Well organized, detail oriented, and adaptable to changes.
• Good oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer skills: MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform shipping, receiving, storage, material handling, transfer, and tracking of samples and supplies.
• Label supplies to create supply kits per lab manual requirements.
• Label all biological samples/specimens with proper identification and organize accordingly.
• Transfer samples and kits to appropriate locations and document key steps.
• Deliver accurate results on assigned tasks within or ahead of timeframe.
• Follow safety policies and maintain a safe work environment.
