Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, label, and process samples according to established protocols
• Perform routine tests, assays, and analyses using standard laboratory equipment
• Accurately record, organize, and report data in laboratory notebooks or LIMS systems
• Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines at all times
• Prepare reagents, solutions, and media as needed
• Monitor inventory and order supplies to maintain adequate stock levels
• Ensure compliance with GMP/GLP, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
• Document and elevate any deviations, out-of-specification results, or equipment issues
• Support audits and inspections by maintaining organized records
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, R&D, production) as needed
• Clean and maintain lab workspaces, glassware, and equipment
