Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Log customer samples into the LIMS with accuracy and proper labeling.
• Distribute samples between departments and maintain the sample storage.
• Provide proactive customer service via phone, email, and video chat.
• Ensure timeliness, accuracy, and reliability of testing activities.
• Follow ISO and QC requirements and maintain a clean lab environment.
