Job summary

Waypoint Analytical is seeking a detail-oriented laboratory assistant to manage sample intake, labeling, and tracking. You will coordinate with project managers to assign analyses to samples and assist clients delivering specimens to the lab, while maintaining clear communication with remote clients.

Qualifications

• Understanding or prior experience in a laboratory role preferable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee samples receipt, logging into the internal tracking system, labelling and distribution.
• Coordinate with project managers to assign correct analyses to samples.
• Assist clients who deliver samples directly to the laboratory.
• Communicate with remote clients regarding specific needs.

• Other duties as required.
