Qualifications

• Windows, Mac, and Linux OS support and troubleshooting.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills for a research environment.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, MS-900, MD-102, Security+, Apple Device Support are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Desktop Support for PCs and devices in the laboratory environment.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Laboratory IT devices and equipment.
• Perform systems administration tasks to ensure security and stability of IT infrastructure.
• Assist researchers and staff with IT issues to minimize downtime.
• Manage devices with Microsoft Intune including enrollment and compliance policies.
• Maintain accurate IT equipment inventory and document procedures.
