Qualifications

• Experience supporting specialized laboratory software applications.
• Understanding of Windows LTSC OS, deployment, admin and troubleshooting.
• Experience with instrument-to-computer communications and software integrations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to create clear technical documentation and procedures.
• Strong communication and collaboration with technical and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Software deployment, configuration, and support for lab applications.
• Install, configure, and maintain software on workstations and servers.
• Verify system requirements and manage versions, licensing, and patches.
• Configure instrument connectivity and troubleshoot software/hardware issues.
• Support system recovery after hardware changes or failures.
• Integrate laboratory platforms with LIMS and middleware.
• Participate in upgrades, migrations, and validation activities.
• Create deployment guides and maintain support documentation.
• Provide operational IT support to ensure continuity in laboratory environments.
