Job summary

Zodiac Solutions, Inc. is seeking a hands-on IT/OT support specialist to bridge engineering, facilities, vendors, controls teams, and Plant IT, ensuring minimal downtime for lab and test equipment.

You will troubleshoot Windows, drivers, software, and data-transfer issues; provide basic Allen-Bradley PLC and ladder logic support; assist with network connectivity and security; coordinate with vendors and engineering teams; and document incidents, root causes, fixes, and knowledge articles.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting IT/OT in manufacturing or lab environments.
• Proficient in Windows support, drivers, software, USB devices, and data-transfer issues.
• Familiar with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and system administration.
• Ability to support legacy/non-standard environments.
• Strong problem-solving and vendor coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Support laboratory test systems, HIL platforms, industrial equipment and specialized applications.
• Troubleshoot Windows, drivers, software, USB devices, PCs and data-transfer issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support laboratory test systems, HIL platforms, industrial equipment and specialized applications.
• Troubleshoot Windows, drivers, software, USB devices, PCs and data-transfer issues.
• Provide basic Allen-Bradley PLC and ladder logic troubleshooting.
• Support network connectivity, whitelisting, firewall and infrastructure-related issues.
• Coordinate with vendors, engineering teams and Plant IT through issue resolution.
• Document incidents, root causes, fixes and knowledge articles.

Required Skills:

• Windows support, hardware/software troubleshooting and networking fundamentals.
• Experience in IT, OT, manufacturing, laboratory or engineering environments.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, permissions and system administration.
• Ability to support legacy systems and non-standard environments.
• Strong problem-solving, vendor coordination and communication skills.
