Job summary

JLL is seeking a Lab Supply Technician – Lab Services in North Brunswick, NJ. The role supports Research and Development by overseeing centralized inventory of laboratory equipment, supplies, chemicals, glassware, and specialized materials, ensuring access and compliance to safety and regulatory standards.

Ideal candidates will manage stock levels, receive and verify supplies, issue materials, and perform inspections.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory management and maintaining accurate records in a regulated environment.
• Familiarity with purchasing systems and inventory software.
• Ability to manage storeroom operations and ensure proper storage of chemicals and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Manage centralized storeroom operations, maintaining minimum/maximum inventory levels through requisitions and system coordination.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming supplies against specs, ensuring proper storage and documentation.
• Issue materials against approved requisitions with detailed stock receipts and pricing records.
• Conduct regular equipment inspections and report maintenance needs to management.
• Deliver laboratory materials and supplies to designated laboratories and storage areas.
• Follow written procedures and safety regulations in all activities.
• Support other lab services operations and collaborate with team members to meet goals.
