Job summary

JLL is seeking a Reagent Management Services Technician, Lab Services in San Diego to support chemistry operations by managing procurement, receiving, inventory, and inter-site transfers. You will liaise with Lab Managers and EHS, ensuring safety compliance and a clean work environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's in chemistry or biochemistry, 1–2 years lab experience, and proficiency with procurement systems like RIO/Arriba and a CMMS, plus strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry or biochemistry required.
• 1–2 years of relevant laboratory experience.
• Knowledge of chemical management, handling, and storage.
• Demonstrated ability to read measuring devices and units.
• Data entry proficiency and high attention to detail.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill internal/external chemical requests from customers.
• Execute receiving, sourcing, and weighing requests including chemical subdivision and library collections.
• Manage chemical returns and disposals from the chemistry labs.
• Maintain stockroom inventories per customer thresholds.
• Coordinate inter-site and intra-site material shipments.
• Communicate stock and needs to supervisor and lab management.
• Assist in stockroom and site inventories and ensure safety compliance.
