Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a physical or natural science or related field.
• Equivalents considered with related experience.
• Three years related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise one chemistry stockroom and manage acquisition, preparation, and disposal of materials for instructional labs.
• Maintain documentation of chemical use and waste disposal.
• Supervise student stockroom assistants, including training and scheduling.
• Coordinate with Facilities Management and vendors for equipment and infrastructure needs.
• Ensure safety training and proper storage of chemicals; monitor ventilation and storage areas.
