Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biological sciences or equivalent with coursework for Clinical Lab Scientist Generalist license as per CA Code of Regulations Title 17
• CLSL licensed Clinical Lab Scientist required
• Minimum of 5 years of recent relevant laboratory experience

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in projects implementing new instrumentation and testing methodologies
• Serve as technical project resource from planning through go-live, including validation and verification studies
• Coordinate technical and LIS testing and review validation data; prepare documentation and resolve technical issues
• Collaborate with leadership, Medical Directors, QA, and vendors to validate and implement new analyzers and tests
• Provide training and develop procedures; ensure post-implementation follow-up meets quality and regulatory requirements
