Ideal candidates have 0–2 years of instrumentation experience, strong customer focus, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in science-related field; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 0–2 years experience with installation, maintenance, troubleshooting of scientific instrumentation.

Responsibilities

• Provides customer service, training, diagnoses and troubleshoots customer problems.
• Repairs, installs, and uses instrument models; calibrates for efficiency.
• Prepares service reports and maintains manuals and drawings.
• Documents work in progress and completed tasks; submits paperwork timely.
• Maintains professional communications with customers and internal resources.
• Gathers information to promote service products and contracts.
