Links Technology Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Scientific Business Analyst (Data Focus and Technical) to bridge laboratory workflows with data-driven system solutions in Cambridge, MA. This hybrid role requires onsite presence 4 days per week.

The position involves translating lab workflows, mapping data flows, and driving LIMS development initiatives while supporting AWS cloud operations and containerized architectures. Sapio experience is heavily preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL, Python and AI tools for data investigation.
• Familiarity with data lakes and research databases.
• Experience with AWS cloud hosting, Docker, and microservices.
• Background in LIMS development and laboratory workflow analysis.
• Sapio experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate laboratory workflows into documented requirements and user stories.
• Map data flows between systems and document data elements.
• Apply requirements traceability matrices to link requirements to tests.
• Investigate data using SQL, Python, and AI within research environments.
• Support AWS cloud operations, hosting (EC2, S3, Lambda) and containerization (Docker).
• Direct development efforts for Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).
