Job summary

Lilly is seeking a Laboratory Equipment Support Group (LESG) Technician to support all laboratories at the Lilly Medicines Foundry. The role performs preventive and corrective maintenance on analytical instruments, troubleshoots, calibrates, and documents work in CMMS, ensuring GMP/GxP compliance and audit readiness.

Initial location in Carmel, IN, with permanent placement at the Lilly Medicines Foundry in Lebanon, IN.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent lab/maintenance experience.
• Hands-on experience servicing analytical laboratory instruments (HPLC/UHPLC/UPLC, LC/MS, GC/MS).
• Knowledge of GMP/GxP, GLP, safety, and documentation expectations.

Responsibilities

• Install, calibrate, troubleshoot, and perform PM on analytical instruments.
• Complete accurate service reports and CMMS documentation.
• Support IQ/OQ/PQ qualification readiness and regulatory submissions.
• Coordinate with LESG Leads, Specialists, and vendors for equipment lifecycle activities.
• Mentor junior technicians and provide escalation support when needed.
