Eli Lilly and Company is seeking a qualified professional to oversee the reliability and performance of analytical laboratory equipment at the Richmond site. You will manage routine maintenance, calibrations, and troubleshooting across instruments such as HPLC systems, spectrophotometers, balances, and incubators to ensure optimal operation.

The role requires leading equipment qualification activities (IQ/OQ/PQ), coordinating with validation teams, and supporting audits.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or related discipline is required.
• 7+ years of experience supporting analytical equipment within a GMP-regulated QC environment.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; no visa sponsorship provided.

Responsabilidades

• Manage routine and corrective maintenance, calibrations, and preventive maintenance on analytical laboratory instruments (HPLC, spectrophotometers, balances, incubators).
• Monitor performance, diagnose issues, perform first-line repairs, and coordinate with vendor field service engineers.
• Assist installation and qualification of new equipment (IQ/OQ/PQ) and support change controls with technical input.
• Execute QC activities per SOPs and data integrity standards (ALCOA+), ensuring inspection readiness for audits.
• Identify deviations, participate in root cause investigations and CAPAs, and train staff to maintain competencies.
• Lead QC analytical equipment onboarding for the new Richmond site, coordinate procurement, installation, and qualification to enable startup.
