Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Maintenance Technician – Site Minor Works to support installation, relocation, and asset management of laboratory equipment at the Bothell site. You will coordinate with contractors, ensure safety, and maintain detailed records from intake through closeout.

The role requires hands-on experience with lab instrumentation, strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical and electrical systems, and familiarity with CMMS data and asset management.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical certification in biomedical equipment technology or related field.
• Hands-on experience installing, moving, and maintaining lab instrumentation.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with rigging and equipment transport procedures.
• Knowledge of calibration standards and validation protocols.
• Understanding of laboratory safety and decontamination procedures.
• Working knowledge of CMMS records and asset management.

Responsibilities

• Escort, hand-move, install, and remove laboratory and facility equipment.
• Coordinate relocation logistics and pre-move documentation.
• Safely disconnect, transport, and reinstall instrumentation; verify operation.
• Support decontamination, disposal, and recycling per regulations.
• Maintain asset data and CMMS records; support data governance.
• Provide input for replacement planning and capital budgeting.
