Job summary

Lynker Technologies (US) seeks an Engineering Technician II (Lab) to support NDBC operations in Stennis, MS. Role focuses on electronics bench work, diagnostics and maintenance of sensor systems and data processing hardware.

Responsibilities include assembling, testing, troubleshooting and repairing electronic units, using scopes, meters, generators and RF test gear, while following procedures and drawings.

Qualifications

AS/AAS Electronics, Instrumentation, Engineering Technology or related field.
Must be able to pass a government background check.
Experience with maintenance, calibration, microprocessor based data acquisition systems, test sets, sensors, laboratory bench equipment and precision calibration instruments.

Responsibilities

Perform component-level assembly, bench testing, diagnostics, troubleshooting and repair of electronic Line Replaceable Units.
Work in an electronics lab using bench testing equipment.
Test and troubleshoot environmental monitoring sensors and data collection systems.
Use oscilloscopes, DVMs, amp meters, generators and RF equipment for testing.
Work following procedures, drawings, and schematics with supervision as needed.
Handle other duties as assigned.
