Job summary

Lynker Corporation is seeking an Engineering Technician II (Lab) to join our team supporting NDBC projects. The role involves electronics lab work, bench testing, and calibration of sensors for meteorological observations.

You will work with analog, digital and RF circuitry, diagnose issues, and perform component-level repairs, under procedures and drawings. A strong background in electronics and data acquisition is essential.

Qualifications

As/AAS Electronics, Instrumentation, Engineering Technology or related field.
Experience in maintenance, repair, test and modification of electrical and electronics systems.
Familiarity with calibration, microprocessor-based data acquisition systems, sensors and bench instruments.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of electronics lab tasks including assembly, bench testing, diagnostics, troubleshooting and repair of electronic line replaceable units.
Operate in a laboratory with bench testing equipment and test sets.
Support testing of environmental monitoring sensors, data collection and processing systems.
Work with analog, digital and RF circuitry following procedures and schematics.
Complete tasks independently within deadlines with supervision as needed.
Other assigned duties.
