Job summary

Qualifications

• Travel between sites regularly and timely.
• High School/GED required; phlebotomy program preferred.
• Completion of formal phlebotomy program or 3 months phlebotomy experience preferred.
• CPR certification (AHA-BLS) and Phlebotomy Technician Certification (PBT) encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Perform EKG and venipuncture per provider orders.
• Label, process, and transport specimens to OSF System Laboratory.
• Support clerical tasks and maintain patient safety and accurate records.
