Job summary

Eurofins Viracor LLC is seeking a Laboratory Data Entry QC Review Associate to audit order entries in LIMS, perform accessioning, and ensure data accuracy. The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong organization, and collaboration with lab teams to maintain quality and compliance.

Responsibilities include data entry, record keeping, and supporting storage and sample labeling processes. Evening/weekend hours may be required, with a focus on efficient workflow in a clinical laboratory setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Specimen processing experience preferred.
• Ability to read, interpret, and comply with SOPs, operating instructions, and policies.

Responsibilities

• Enter and audit order entries in LIMS or other test ordering systems.
• Prioritize and organize workflow with strong time management.
• Maintain detailed, accurate records with great attention to detail.
• Resolve patient demographic issues or discrepancies with internal/external contacts.
• Prepare completed records for long-term/offsite storage as needed.
• Label samples for delivery to proper areas; manage storage materials.
