Job summary

Eurofins Viracor LLC is seeking a Laboratory Data Entry QC Review associate to support order entry review and data integrity in a fast-paced clinical laboratory environment.

The role requires proficient data entry using LIMS, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage time effectively. Evening and weekend hours may be required, with comprehensive benefits and a team-focused setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with LIMS or test ordering systems preferred.
• Ability to maintain detailed and accurate records per SOP.
• Evening and weekend hours may be required.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Able to resolve patient demographic issues or discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Review and audit order entry information with high proficiency.
• Perform accessioning and data entry duties.
• Prepare completed records for long term/offsite storage as needed.
• Examine samples for accuracy and requirements (type, stability, volume).
• Label samples for delivery to proper areas and maintain storage materials.
• Maintain quality control and QA records; adhere to safety standards.
• Collaborate with lab staff to complete daily activities efficiently.
• Provide administrative support for Clinical Laboratory projects.
