Job summary

ABB Optical Group in Kentucky seeks a Lab Technician to process products in the lab with accuracy and efficiency, supporting multiple essential functions as needed.

The role focuses on data entry in Absolution software, coordinating orders and invoices, and communicating with departments to ensure timely production. Training is provided; full-time with benefits; shift Mon-Fri 11am-7:45pm in a climate-controlled facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Entry-level position with training provided.
• Minimum six months of optical manufacturing experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Input lists, records and other data into Absolution software.
• Coordinate correspondence of orders, invoices and records for accuracy.
• Communicate with departments to ensure timely production.
• Process invoicing and credits for customers.
• Troubleshoot and provide timely customer service resolution.
• Cross train in additional lab areas.
