ABB Optical Group is seeking a Lab Technician for our Auburn Hills, MI facility. The role focuses on timely, accurate processing of lab products, data entry into Absolution, and coordinating order-related documentation.

Monday–Friday shift from 11am to 7:45pm, with full benefits for full-time staff. Responsibilities include inputting data, preserving accuracy in prescription billing, and providing timely resolution to customer service issues while maintaining a safe, efficient work pace.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to work full-time.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; training provided for entry-level.
• Minimum six months optical manufacturing experience preferred; ability to follow procedures.

Responsabilités

• Input data into Absolution software program and maintain accuracy.
• Coordinate orders, invoices and records for prescription billing accuracy.
• Communicate with departments to ensure timely and accurate production.
• Process invoicing and credits for customers as needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer service issues promptly.
• Work safely in a fast-paced lab environment and support cross-training.
