The role involves data entry in Absolution software, prescription billing support, and cross-training across lab areas. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; training provided for full-time work.
• No prior experience required for entry-level; six months of optical manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to follow procedures and work well individually or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Input data into Absolution software.
• Coordinate orders, invoices and records for accurate prescription billing.
• Communicate with departments to ensure timely production.
• Process invoicing and credits as required.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer service issues promptly.
• Work safely in a fast-paced environment.
• Cross-train in additional lab areas.
