Job summary

Raytheon in Tucson, AZ is seeking an experienced Lab and Cyber Infrastructure Program Manager to coordinate with facilities, security, and DT to plan, fund, and stand up SLCM‑N labs, missile assembly facilities, and info systems onsite in the Tucson area.

You will report to the SLCM‑N Program Director and work with external contractors, ensuring facility standards, budgets, and readiness milestones are met. Some travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 8+ years, or an Advanced Degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Program or project management experience including budgeting and funding plans for projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, funding, and execution of all SLCM-N program labs, missile assembly facilities, and secure information systems.
• Coordinate with Raytheon facilities, security, DT, cyber security, IPTLs, and the Chief Engineer to align with program needs.
• Interface with external construction contractors to evaluate plans, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with lab facility standards.
• Develop and maintain capital funding plans with the program business manager for facility construction, furnishing, and certification.
• Represent the program team in facility-related coordination within Raytheon to deliver labs on schedule.
• Oversee the certification of lab facilities and information systems to meet program security and operational requirements.
• Provide ongoing updates to program leadership on progress, budget, and readiness.
• Some travel to support business needs.
