Job summary

RTX, a leader in aerospace and defense, seeks a Lab and Cyber Infrastructure Program Manager in Tucson, AZ, to coordinate with facilities, security, cyber, and engineering teams. You will plan, fund, and stand up SLCM-N labs, missile assembly facilities, and secure information systems, reporting to the Program Director.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Advanced degree in a related field preferred.
• Programme or project management experience with budgeting and funding planning required.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, funding, and execution of all SLCM-N program labs, missile assembly facilities, and secure information systems.
• Coordinate with facilities, security, digital technology, cyber security, IPTLs, and Chief Engineer to align with program needs.
• Serve as interface between the program team and external construction contractors to evaluate plans, monitor progress, and ensure lab facility standards compliance.
• Develop and maintain capital funding plans to ensure funds for construction, furnishing, and certification activities.
• Represent program interests in facility coordination to ensure labs and facilities are delivered on time for integration and testing.
• Oversee certification of lab facilities and information systems to meet program security and operational requirements.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies related to facility construction, funding, and readiness.
• Provide regular updates to program leadership on progress, budget, and readiness.
• Some travel to support business needs.
