Job summary

Pace® Labs is seeking a Client Services Technician to join our environmental testing lab. You will handle glassware, process orders in the LIMS, and prepare items for delivery while maintaining safety and accuracy.

No prior experience is required; however, familiarity with Microsoft Outlook is a plus. This full-time role offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth within a science-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: No prior experience required; however, experience with Microsoft Outlook is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle glassware and other materials carefully.
• Familiarity with inventory management and order processing systems is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and basic computer skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Glassware Management: select glassware from inventory and label as needed.
• Order Processing: use LIMS to maintain records and ensure accuracy.
• Packaging and Delivery: prepare and pack orders for delivery.
• Quality Control: verify order accuracy before dispatch.
• Safety and Cleanliness: maintain a clean, safe work environment.
